Rorys Marine Terms and Conditions

CREDIT:

– Personal: All orders are to be pre-paid prior to shipment. Payment is to be made online via PayPal or we accept credit card payments via the phone for all orders to be shipped, checks accepted in-house or with pre-approval only. $25 NSF fee will apply.

MINIMUM ORDER:
Please note where minimum orders apply. Rorys Marine is unable to ship smaller orders of fabrics where noted. Also, minimum order quantities apply for wholesale orders.

SHIPPING:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (unless noted next to the item). Rorys Marine will determine the shipping method unless customer requests a preferred shipper. Rorys Marine reserves the right to alter shipping costs for special orders to reflect actual costs.

SALES TAX:
Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping to the state of Florida. The tax will be waived with the receipt of a valid Florida Resale Certificate made out to Rorys Marine.

RETURNS:
Please notify us no later than 15 days from receipt of merchandise if you need to return an order. A return authorization is required for all returns. Rorys Marine cannot accept items which have been altered or which are not in a saleable condition unless item is faulty from the manufacturer. Many items in our catalog are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, Rorys Marine will assist customer in returning goods to the manufacturer if warranted. All original packaging and printed material must be intact. No fabrics will be accepted if they have been cut or altered in any way. Shipping charges will be pre-paid by customer. Returns due to no fault of seller are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom or Special Order items are NONRETURNABLE. Rorys Marine reserves the right to inspect the merchandise for marketability before accepting the return and issuing a refund.

SHIPPING DAMAGES:
Rorys Marine takes great care in packaging to assure safe delivery of your order. However, once the order has been released to the carrier, we cannot control how the packages are handled, Therefore, any damage caused in transit will be the responsibility of the carrier.

PRICES:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Items can be withdrawn from sale at any time.

LIABILITY:
Having no control over the use of the products in this catalog, we assume no liability connected with their use. Under no circumstances are we liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use our products.
